I have made a decision to forego Sex for a month as a trial leading to possible abstinance for a while.It is a strength of will test.I have formed a plan based on my drive at present:
1.I will no longer penetrate
2.I will eat more pussy than usual(Its a lot now)
3.I will utilize much more foreplay
4.I will kiss less(this heightens my intensity,so
I will do less of it).
5.I will do more fetish oriented routines(toes,
ass-licking,nipple lashing(with tongue of
course)
6.I will utilize her dildo instead of my dick.
7.I will engage in these things away from a bed-
room as much as possible.
8.I will not sleep over.
Each successive encounter,I will remove one or more of these elements until I am down to one.
I believe,by taking my dick out of the picture,I will fare better towards my end goal-abstinance.
What do you good people think of my plan?I will execute it starting Nov.4th thru to Dec.2.

It's a good thing my friend. Helps you to refocus on life. I've managed to do with out nearly a year and 1/2, with just one or two exceptions. It's a good thing to take back control of your mind and body. It's like those who quite smoking. The first months are tough but it does get easier. For me it was a health related issue so that made my choice alot easier, but sure not simple. Try stopping cold turkey. I think you will find it easier. Focus on the new Canon D1 16MP camera or maybe the merger of Hasselblad and Imacon! In the end it's will powere over pleasure of the flesh! Peace.

I've had to go through very long periods of celibacy when I was desperate to salvage a decaying marraige or relationship.
