just remember, it is impossible to get the flu from a flu shot. you may get a flue-like reaction or catch a different strain than you were immunized against.
while your there, check on your tetnaus status. lockjaw is not a fun disease to have. and it's in the dirt all around the world.
if you are a male between 13 and 21, have the doc check your mmr status. the american acadamy of pediatrics recommends a second dose at 13. (i don't know about adult males-hey, i was in peds) but nasty things can happen to "the twins" if you get mumps.
(what you have just read, was me reverting back to peds nurse. we now send you back to your regular programming)
