yes, his name is hal, after the evil computer in 2001:a space oddessy. he evan talks with hal's voice, we found some wav files, so now he is mouthy.
it doesn't take long, because once a week, hal runs routine maintence during the middle of the night. looks for spyware, runs a virus check, scans the disc, cleans up files, and then defrags himself.
he doesn't get his allowance if he doesn't do his chores.

I dunno...mines pretty fast...but I have TONS of shit DLed on it...My kids each ahve about 20 games for them and I have several of my own

hal is MY computer. the kids play on their own computers.
hal now has 2 hard drives. my bro has been tinkering again.!
most of my space is filled with downloaded music.
