Lets talk about lower back pain! L4,L5,S1 Most Common Area.
Lower back injury and pain is one of the most common ailments in the US today. thought maybe we could exchange Ideas on the best doctors, medication, exercises, sex posistions, and in general ways to cope with the nasty problem.

i have had a back ache for 20 years , havent found anything yet.i do twist , and get it to pop every once in a while , it will stop hurting for a bit, till i do some heavy lifting again . havent found any pain pill that works.just have to deal with it.I need a good woman to give me a nice massage every night

If you dont have pain in your buttoch or down one of your legs it is probably an arthritic condition, though on occasion a flared kidney has been known to cause back pain.

WHat about my upper back pain? Like right between my shoulders? Any idea why I may have this pain?

upperback ach is different from upperback pain. again back pain is usualy caused by a injury or a pinched nerve in the thorax reagion of the spine (chest area) Back ach in that area is usually due to being out of shape, lack of exercise, and some women with very large breast have a tendency to have this problem, the constant downward pull causes stress to the area and coinsides to prcipitate bad posture, and ultimately rounding of the shoulders and more achs and muscle spasms. you must exercise lose weight and sit straight with your shoulders back, the correct posistion for sitting or standing should feel like a "show the breast off position" so your shoulders are not slouched and back straight. you can practice by standing with your shoulder blades and back flat against a wall.

two things that seem to work are: hanging upside down by the ankles. There is a fine machine that allows this. The stretch really loosens the back. (hanging over a 4 rail fence also works).
Theraputic Massage coupled with swimming also is a great back pain reliever. just make sure you use your legs for the swimming and that your massage therapist works on your "hip hiker" muscles.

I've heard of that machine! and saw a swing type machine on HSN that turns you upside down. Looked pretty interesting, Wonder if it would work on guys over 50 without causing to much blood to flow away from critical areas?

I don't know. A Jockey friend of mine uses one and claims that it works wonders on his back. I let him put me in it once, but it didn't do much for me (probably because he kept waving his dick in front of my face while I was hanging by my ankles upside down.)

Well!,,,with that type of therapy going on Im sure If either of you had back pain, it was minimal. I hope the member waving wasn't hypnotic?

it really was quite a good joke. Here he tells me all about how wonderful this thing will be for me, how it will fix all my problems, repair my injuries, he really goes into detail. then when I get strapped in, he uses it to get a blowjob while I am helpless. Men! sheesh.
