PISS 'EM OFF !!!
Found this last nite, I might have to try #13 !!
Everyone has an annoying neighbor, these are
some ideas how to piss them off.
1)Kidnap his dog and shave it
2)Move your garbage/recycling pile to his/her garbage/recycling pile
3)Play Ding-Dong-Ditch at his house
4)Prank call him, say u are a stalker, then have your friend talk to you on a walky-talky saying what the guy/girl is doing
5)Watch porn at high volume
6)Destroy his garbage/recycling pile
7)Kidnap his cat and shave it
8)Burn his lawn
9)Burn his cat
10)Spray paint his/her car saying "Just Got Gay Marriage"
11)Take all the air out of their car's wheels
12)Take all the air out of their dog
15)Lean a garbage can full of water on their door, then ring their doorbell
14)Walk in front of their house in the nude
15)Throw fire crackers at their house
15)Egg their house
17)Put poppers under their car's wheels
18)Fuck their wife/husband

When I lived WAAAY OUT in the country, I quickly got in the habit of not giving a shit if I was wearing anything at all when I sunbathed, or went to the mailbox, etc...the nearest neighbor was to far away to see anything and you could hear a car coming a 1/2 a mile away on the gravel road. There was just this one guy, on horseback, strange I could never hear him coming, don't know why unless he trained his horse to tiptoe...

This is more of a general prank... I once used a multi-line phone at work and disled '0' on two lines and then conferenced them together! It was a hoot listening to them trying to figure out what happened. Heh

That's funny!! this has nothing to do with nieghbors, but I use to do it all the time to my boss, his front office had the employee pay right outside the door, the door was the kind with a big window. He never gave out any days off for any reason, so I would go to the pay phone, call his office, tell his receptions that Chazzy has an emergency , and please tell her she must come home right away, all the while, watching through the window as the receptionis take my call scribbling this important message down on paper, trot back to my desk and wait till the message was delivered to me, act a little upset as I ran out the door to my car.

Yea, it was with a paper bag with shit in it. Light the bag, ring the doorbell, run like hell, not to far though. Then watch him stomp the fire out. Makes a smelly mess!!

The neighbors would put there leaves out on the street to be picked up, somehow,,, they would catch on fire in the middle of the night!!

i had a broom with a big red bow and a note that said "i don't want you to be without transportation" sent (my nephew took it) to a women when she was at work once.
and if you have a whammo wrist rocket and clear glass marbles, you can break windows and destroy the evidence at the same time.

it worked every time! It was just a kick watching the call being answered , the message being taken.This place worked too much overtime, every saturday, you took your time off as needed, anyway you could!
