Labels, and more definitions...
I do know that many may be confused by other "labels" too.
So...what do ya'all think these terms mean? What definition to these words have you adopted?
Transgender, transvestite, crossdresser, genderbender...
Do you believe a cross dresser can be as straight as any as any other hetero who behaves and dresses according to their gender or are they confused and denying their homosexuality?
If the way a person dresses or looks shouldn't be a matter of "don't judge a book by it's cover", can you apply that thinking with an open mind to those who cross gender as well as you can apply it to...oh, let's say...a conservative suit wearing hetero accountant, who on the weekends, exposes his tattos, dons the black leather and rides the roads on his harley?
Do you find that your open-mindedness has boundaries? Is your open mind actually limited to those things that you have learned about, come to understand, have you come to accept things simply because society's increasing acceptance has blazed that trail for you?
I know I accept the full rights of an individual to dress anyway they want, but I do find myself wondering why a straight man has a strong need to cross dress, what does a heterosexual male get from dressing like a woman?
What do you find the most perplexing, or confusing about gender crossing?

Re: Labels, and more definitions...
I know few crossdressers, although the one I do know - is flamingly heterosexual. He would never consider another male as a sexual partner , although he has talked several of his friends into going out in drag as well.
He does it for a living. He models clothing and I dare say - he looks cute as hell as a woman.
The transgendered - are completely different. Not everyone is born with the correct plumbing to match their mind.

As I am always honest, have no problem exchanging handjobs, and being naked around anyone. I don't feel it's gay or bi, just adventurous. But never any more, I love women. I have entertained a room full of x-dressers, and they were all bi.
