What defines a gay , lesbian,bi-sexual,or bi-curious person?
My sexual preference here in my profile says "bi-sexual"
To me this means that as far as a sexual and purely physical standpoint, I find beauty and erotism with both sexes, but as far a mate, a serious monogomous relationship, I can only see myself with a man.
If a bi-sexual person turn gay if they fall in love with someone of the same sex, and can a truly hetero person really be bi-curious?
Are the definitions based on deep personal level, or do we have confused people "pigeon holing" themselves in an inappropiate or wrong catagory? Is this just something that cannot be defined in black and white terms?

Re: Definitions....
The art of labelling in the lbgt community is the most often discussed topic. Nobody knows what/where/who to call anyone else and nobody wants to be known by a label.
I shall start with the basics..
Heterosexual -- Male or Female who only has intimate relationships with the opposite sex.
A. Heterosexual with Homosexual tendencies - may or may not occasionally participate in a same-sex sexual encounter .
Homosexual -- Male or female who only has intimate relationships with members of the same sex.
( gay , faggot, lesbian, dyke, etc..)
A. Homosexual with Heterosexual ability - one who occasionally takes a heterosexual partner for sexual pleasure or as a fuckbuddy .
Bisexual -- One who can have intimate relationships with either sex.
Bisexualcurious -- One who believes they may be able to have intimate relations with either sex, but who has not yet done so.
the labels go on - I think most people get hung up on the word "sexual" in the labels and I know that nearly everyone (other than those of us who are homosexual) think immediately of sex when the term is brought up, rather than of love.
By intimate relationships - I speak only of the ability to love a gender - not to have sex . Plumbing is unimportant, many lesbians are quite happy laying with a male from time to time, but this in no way makes them 'bisexual'.

The part about getting hung up on the word "sexual", that unscrambles allot of things!

Yep...I think allot of people see the word "sexual" attached and somehow forget that there is also mind, heart and soul in the mix.
