Feeling things out

Hasn't really generated many responses... Is it typically this slow on the forums or are we simply going about this the wrong way? Advice for rookies welcome...

it's a slower time of the year for the site, especially for people in the US. it's summer time and more people are out enjoying the weather. it does take time, just have a little patience, and it'll be worth it.
