A friend of mine, who seems to be following a new fetish every week, exposed me to Japanese rope bondage ,and I've checked out a few sites and groups devoted to it. As much as I can recall...it was just rope bondage as we all know it, but it was the method of tying that sets it apart...there are specific knots and patterns,each and all are named, that are used to tie someone up. I remember one particular kind of tying and knotting which left the person in a kind of "body harness" and the way the knots and ropes were tied left a very intricate pattern on the center torso of the bound person.
Hey, I'm a very curious person and I really found it interesting to see the variety of photos instructions for tying all these different designs and patterns, and to see the degree of difficulty they hold to be perfected....

I do know of one other possibility for "knoting".
