One Sick Diet
I would advise against this one,Got the Pukey flu 1130 tueday nite,went on till 7am never puked so much in my life ,the dry ones nearly ripped an abb muscle,feel like someone beat my belly good,left me so worn and beaten i had to cancel the rest of my weeks work  Anyways there has to be a better way to loose wieght,as if thats what I really wanted ,maybe one that doesnt involve bruised abbs lol,dont worry I washed my keyboard before I posted here your all safe lol..and all this after a flu shot WTF eh?.
anyways If you want my advice dont do it.lol

Most don't have buffets anymore. Just the Petros. I've gotten a lot pickier about what I eat as well. If ya really want overpriced bad food, just stop at a Flyin'J for Dennys.

yea I have heard that before OOMG kindof sucks the older I get the more Im force to eat bad on the road,I mostly stock my fridge in my kenworth with healthy food, but like a set bown dinner at least once a week.was bummed to find dennys sucked,they used to be good..

The best diet, really is HCG I gained ALOT of weight (due to a medical condition) with the birth of my second child. I blew up to 220lbs..with hcg went down to 130. I kept off the weight for close to 5 years with no problem (and no - I was not living on lettuce, lol). But had another prob happen (was shot up with a lot of cortizone, which will put it on like crazy) now that I'm stabelized back on it. It stuck about 30lbs on me..I am now down 15 of that within less than a month. It really works and won't make you sick! If you need more aid or info - just hit me up with a message
