conflicts
think i walked in to one to day , between a guy i worked for and his new partner,i walk into the store and told some guy , that i was looking for the i work for and wanted to pick up my check and air pump, i am entitled to get payed after 4 weeks i would think. anyway he told me he was in the back outside , so i went out and said , hi how ya doing and i like to get my pump and get payed.he told his Chickie to cut a check , she went in to do it, and the about ten or so minutes later told to go inside and get the pump its on the shelve. i walk in the guy came out of back room ,and tells me to get out of the store and I'm only telling ya once , while hes waving a cell in his hand, and it his wife's store front , and he don't like my attitude, i was asking about fish tanks. we left the store after being threaten.all the time i think he had his finger on the send for 911. i went back out side and told my boss , whats his problem,i just got kicked out of the store., he slamed the truck do and ran inside.so i think i just lost my job....but i did get payed and get my air pump.....

Sorry to hear about the problem your having. If you did loose your job and it was of no fault you should go to the labor board. There are laws to protect you. I have come across bosses that think it is appropriate to take advantage of the employees and I don't think that should ever happen. I don't care if they were having a bad day or not. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect if you are showing respect.I worked for a very big company and they kept having excuses why our commission checks were not coming in. We knew they were playing games because they were trying to make it look like they had more money on the books due to a very large purchase they were trying to make. The commission checks added up to the millions! I told the VP they had better get me my check by days end or I go to the labor board(I told her a few other choice things as well.lol). They were in violation of the labor laws. She wrote me a check out of her personal account and asked I repay it when the checks came in.I did.

this was before my time here,sorry to hear about that tho,yea people can be so different sometimes its amazing we all don't clash more often..
As for selling Bait,if time is on your side,it can really pay off.
I like fishing And used to hate buying crawlers all the time,so I set up a nicely engineered worm bed and stocked it with Canadian crawlers for my own use.I used a trick in my soil that made my crawlers strong very active, soon word got around and i had to turn them away because it wasn't my intent to stay home selling worms,if you end up setting up a crawler bed it can sometimes draw alot of attention..
lets not forget tho, getting the stock is not a 5 minute job and takes a will to get dirty,best finds where thousands of crawlers at a time in fresh worked fields after a hard rain, easy pickings.but I looked like swamp thing after i was done.lol.
