Okay, my sincere opinion on implants....YA DON'T NEED 'EM!! Women, you are beautiful, all of you in your vast array of sizes, shapes, and colors and I like to think of us as one-of-a-kinds, individual, unique and not pre-fab, manufactured and medically enhanced. I do, however, understand that you may feel the need if you have breast fed a half a dozen babies, or suffered a physical trauma, and you're self esteem cannot be corrected any other way...

I agree with Chazzy that these are about the only circumstances that a woman should get implants. Natural is the only way to go, besides, we guys run the risk of spraining a wrist or something trying to get a handle on things, and what you can't get your mouth around is wasted anyway.

I'll take half a handfull over basketballs any day. Barring reconstructive stuff.. the only time I would consider it an improvement is if you were implanting to get A cups.

If they make a lady feel more sex and can afford them more power to her. However for me knowing they are implants one can get the some feel with water balloons. I like natural ones
