Strip Clubs!!!!!
Gals: What's your take on strip clubs? Fun entertainment, or degrading to women?
What do you feel about your boyfriends/husbands going...are you one of those who are against it, or don't care?
Guys: Do you dig the strip clubs? And if your gal doesn't like you going, are you one of those...whipped, and stay away from the nice naked women?

Hey our WN girlfriend works in a stip club. If it doesn't bother her or her husband why the hell should bother us !!! It's everyones own personal choice. The only reason we don't go to see her is because she's 3000 miles away, otherwise we would be there every night!!!

Heehee, I love strip clubs, and not just because I work in one, lol... the atmosphere is relaxed and it's easy to have fun. It's one helluva lot easier to relax in a strip club than it is in any other type of club. In so called "normal" clubs, a woman can't go, even with her husband or boyfirend without fending off unwanted advances from guys who don't know how to take "No" for an answer.
In a strip club, I can relax and talk with my hubby, listen to great music, get a little drunk and flirt with the girls, no matter whether it's the one I work at or not.
Is it degrading? absolutely not. I choose to work in a strip club, I wasn't forced into it. I am a secretary by trade, a stripper by choice.
I don't mind if my husband goes, I'm usually with him! It's just what we do to hang out and relax.
I'll let Warren answer the men's part!

I'm one that doesn't let her husband go. I used to let him when we were single but not now. If he feels the need to put money in a g-string...well hello....I have a shopping habit that needs fed. As well as two kids. As for what everyone else does, that doesn't effect my life so to each his own but as for my hubby thats what I'm there for. To be his own personal fantasy accessible at anytime.
All he need do is ask.

My wife doesn't care if I go to a strip club because I can't do anything there. I don't drink and there is zero anticipation of getting laid. Seeing a naked woman is no longer such a mystery revealed as intimacy is. Sexual satisfaction for me lies beyond just seeing a woman's body.
If I want to be frustrated and do it by hand anyway I can get that at home for free without any cigarette smoke.

Hello, Chazzy how are you?
Strip clubs are cool, Pep, and I go all the time, even when she isn't working! The club Pep works at is really nice and the people who work there are cool. The place is great to hang out with friends ,play pool, drink, there is dancing for all, not just the girls who work there.It is also a little bit of a sports bar, so you can watch football or nascar with a little bit of tit and ass mixed in!!!!

well. i have to admit i used to take my ex to a local club. it was really nice to be there enjoying the same scenery together. but sometimes i liked to go on my own. thanfully my ladyfriend had no problem with it because she reaped the benifits later when i would get home. you guys and gals know exactly what i'm talking about!!

Am I a pussy or what? I feel embarassed going to a stip club. I don't know exactly why. I do feel it degrades women a bit. No offense Pepper! But then I do seem to have the most fucked up respect for women which is why I never get any. I have a friend that works at a strip club and she always asks me to come, but I just can't.

That does not make you a "pussy" to each their own and if you're not comfortable, then you can't have fun.

You make perfect sense, a social conscience is a good thing. I would tend to think that when it comes to exploitation, that it's the men, spending large amounts of cash, that a strip clubs exploits, not the dancers! allot of dancers are dancing to pay for their higher educations. I'd say, reconsider, and try going once, the strippers you help support by attending, could very well be the doctors and professionals that will make some sort of difference for us all!

A close friend of mine who is married over thirty years, was having a problem sustaining an erection because of medical problems, so he thought, I took him to a strip club in S/Wiscosin after being in there for five minutes his erection problem was solved.

I see no problem with strip clubs. I like my club sandwiches with larger pieces of meat, but if the ham is cut into strips, so be it, the flavor is pretty much the same.

if thats how someone wants to make a living, fine by me. if men (or women) want to watch, also ok by me. i'd like to go to one just to look around a bit.
their is one place in apache junction that was put in because "elderly men have trouble sleeping at night and need somewhere to go"(it was on the zoning application). can't have gangs of old farts runnin' around causing trouble. send'em to the tittie bar!

now I know why I never get any, that same respect thing. I cant just go after a woman to get sex from her only, I feel I am being a user, and that is not me. as far as strip clubs the closest is 2 hours away. I dont drink, dont care for the bar scene. if it was nearby I may go once a year, but it just isnt really my thing

I like the quality you both show answering this question, and I understand your delimma.
Tell me if I'm wrong, but it seems that a man is expected to wine, dine and/or promise the moon to a woman, and lead a woman to believe it's more than just about sex when a sexual relationship is all that is really wanted. (to start with, or for the time being) Women are expected to be courted, and attach a high value to "giving themselves" to someone. It's confusing and conflicting when both parties just want something sexual. (Just a little disclaimer, my statements here are meant as a "general" obsevation and not meant to apply to everyone.)
