The entire full length version of this can be found on the internet,...it is an Andy Rooney piece, most of us know Andy Rooney from the 60 Minutes TV show, but he's also wonderful humorist, essay writer and the author of 13 books. The full version is about twice as long and although I have seen quite a few email/internet versions of this over the years, Andy deserves his credit, he's a good man and a staple of American humor and perspective.
I think the original title is..."The Art of Happiness" by Andy Rooney.
