Any one here besides me take "vitamins" ? You know,,,,,,,
Those little pills that are suppose to compensate for the neutrient poor soil and the bad diets most people have. How about Herbal supplements, think I've tried them all over the years. Do they work? I don't know,,, how do you know if they work or not? I don,t know that either! Then why do I take them? I guess its kinda like a security thing, If they don,t work Im out the money, but if they do, wow,I'll be glad I took them. Im trying a new one now called "juice+plus. How about you?

Whoa! That was a mouthful there, hothands! 
I've tried white willow bark for my headaches. Didn't work. Nothing does. I'm just too damn hard headed I guess... or at least I've been told.

HEADACHS,,,,Take either of your feet, on your second toe message the area on the top edge and inside of toe next to the big toe, and message on the bottom of foot area about a inch below second toe next to ball of foot. therapist told me that works.

I take a daily multivitamin, a calcium supplement (due to not liking milk), and I take about 5000 mg of Vitamin C every day.
Do they work? I just have to take it on faith that if I stop taking them disaster will occur immediately.

Well, now that you've reminded me, I need to get back in the habit of them, I, like quite a few women I've know, take pre-natal vitamins,the first week or so, they can sometimes make me feel a little sick, that's just because they are so potent and loaded , I'm actually getting a mild overdose of some of the vitamins. Once it all levels out, I notice quite a difference. I don't tend to take very good care of myself, sometimes I don't sleep much at all, keep very irregular hours, or eat very much for several days at a time,so I'm happy you brought the subject up, I do need to start taking them again.
