Call me unusual if you will, but I'm really not that insecure about my age! (recent sensitivity nonwithstanding). If I were to be with a younger woman (and I have dated and even bedded as young as mid thirties within the last 2 years) it would be my weight and appearance that would prey on my mind. The more beautiful in a classical sense she is the more out of place I'd feel.
Also, I have mentioned here before that because I'm diabetic I have trouble saluting at the appropriate times - BUT I've never failed to please a woman in bed. There's a lot more to lovemaking than intercourse. Most of us older guys really understand that.
As for age appropriatness, I'm more attracted to maturity and intellect and wisom and conversation than mere age.
Thats not to say that I don't completely understand what Tease was trying to say - I do and she has a right to be interested in anyone she so desires.

You're absolutely right. And yes, everyone has their opinions. That's what makes us each an individual!
I guess it's a bit different for me. My mom was 11 years older than my dad. I'm the youngest of a large family. A lot of my interests are before my time. Music for instance. I'm always being questioned about that. I was just born in the wrong decade I guess. I happen to prefer
older men . They are more mature and I can carry on a conversation with them about a lot of things. Although, I have met someone here who is younger and is an acception to the rule
Then again, is has a lot to do with the individual themselves. I'm usually the pup of the group I'm with but when people get to know me they ask if I'm really only 31. lol
Anyhow, I'm not thinking straight today so take from this what you will..... lol
