Definitely the Macaroon, as it takes the biscuit every time.
It is a hot summer night, so hot you lay asleep on your bed naked. Suddenly you are awoken by the feeling something strange. Which would excite you the most? The hard pointy and scratchy feet of a scorpion scuttling down over your back and across your butt cheeks or the heavier, but soft padded feet of a tarantula?

The soft padded feet of a tarantula. Tarantulas are generally not harmful to humans.

Absolutely hate garlic. So always smell of it, as eventually I will not notice and I think some people actually do like it.
To visit Russia and only able to speak Swahili to them or visit Mozambique and only able to speak Yupik? (No translators allowed).

Definitely human...
With the definition of a Cyborg being as: A person whose physical abilities are extended beyond normal human limitations by mechanical elements built into the body. But judging by what I've seen in the wife's bedside cabinet draws, that's more her line of expertise.
