Life Should be Filled with Excitement
Excitement can mean so many things but it should make you feel great, and good sex certainly falls into that category. The desire to always stay young physically and mentally means doing many of the same things we did in our young 20s--uninhibited sex and not acting a certain way just because our age tells us to is a much more exciting way to go than following all the other folks with lives that do not go beyond work and their kids!
