I mean, the last thing we need in the world is another mouth to feed. But regardless of that, if I don't know the person having the baby, why would I pretend to be excited? Even when I am excited, I'm not too good at expressing it, and this puts people off. I think I just don't care about anything. But I'd like to say that I reserve my expression of excitement for things deserving of it.
